January & February Highlights
DC Advisory advised CreditSights on its sale to Fitch Group
CreditSights, a market leader in subscription-based independent credit research and market insights globally, has announced its acquisition by Fitch Group, a provider of credit and macro intelligence.
Following this transaction, CreditSights will become part of Fitch Solutions division as it further expands its research coverage of investment grade, leverage and distressed markets.
DC Advisory advised Funecap’s shareholders on the disposal of a stake to Latour Capital
Funecap, the second largest funeral services provider in France, has announced the disposal of a stake to Latour Capital, the French independent management company.
Co-controlled by the management team and Charterhouse Capital Partners - who will also look to provide significant reinvestment alongside Latour - this latest investment aims to support Funecap as it enters its next phase of growth.
DC Advisory advised JAFCO on its sale of Komine
JAFCO, the Japanese private equity fund has announced the sale of Komine, a Japanese manufacturer of motorcycle equipment and apparel.
