March Highlights
DC Advisory advised Redscan on its sale to Kroll (formerly Duff & Phelps)
Redscan is an award-winning cyber security provider based in the UK. Its offerings include its proprietary cloud native MDR solution, which correlates events and intelligence from an array of leading telemetry sources.
Following this transaction, Redscan's UK-based team and security operations centre (SOC) will further enhance Kroll's existing managed security offerings in the EU, providing opportunities for expanded compliance with GDPR.
DC Advisory advised B FIN on the sale of Elettra Investimenti to CogenInfra
B FIN is an Italian holding company backed by the Bombacci family, headquartered in Rome. B FIN owns a 82% stake in Elettra Investimenti - an energy services company operating a series of energy generation plants and offering a broad range of energy efficiency services.
CogenInfra, following the acquisition of B FIN's stake in Elettra Investimenti, is promoting a mandatory tender offer on the remaining stake of Elettra Investimenti.
DC Advisory advised Registry Monitoring Insurance Services (RMIS) on its sale to Truckstop.com
RMIS is a leading provider of supply chain compliance technology in North America. RMIS' product suite, combined with Truckstop's SaferWatch compliance solution, will provide compliance-as-a-service (CaaS) to the freight world and further Truckstop.com's commitment to help customers manage the entire freight life cycle
DC Advisory acted as financial advisor to MBK Partners on its tender offer for shares of Tsukui Holdings
MBKP is the largest independent North Asian private equity firm. This transaction allows Tsukui HD to carry out is growth strategy whilst keeping business operations running. It will also help strengthen the regional store strategy and allow Tsukui HD to work towards its 2025 vision.
