DC Advisory acted as exclusive financial advisor to Kyocera Corporation on its ~$1.05 billion acquisition of AVX Corporation
Japan-based Kyocera, a leading conglomerate operating across a wide range of sectors, including automotives, communications, and environment has announced the acquisition of a minority stake in US-based leading worldwide manufacturer and supplier of electronic components, AVX Corporation.
The acquisition reflects Kyocera’s global expansion strategy and will enable Kyocera to strengthen its technical development and relationship with AVX.
DC Advisory advised DivvyCloud Corporation on its sale to Rapid7
US-based Cloud Security Posture Management company, DivvyCloud Corporation has announced its sale to Rapid7, a US-based leading provider of security analytics and automation.
Through DivvyCloud’s platform, this transaction is expected to provide Rapid7’s customers the ability to innovate more securely, move out of data centers and into the cloud, making infrastructure accessible and manageable.
DC Advisory advised Banco Sabadell on the sale of its institutional depositary and custody business to BNP Paribas Securities Services
Banco Sabadell, one of the most relevant players in the Spanish banking system has agreed on the sale of it depositary and custody business to BNP Paribas Securities Services, the France-based provider of worldwide banking services.
DC Advisory's deep understanding of the key aspects of these types of transactions and relationships, and understanding of the dynamics of candidates, were decisive for the successful outcome of the process, especially considering the uncertainty caused by the Covid-19 outbreak.
