October & November Highlights
DC Advisory advised EagleDream Technologies on its sale to PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC)
EagleDream Technologies - an advanced cloud and application modernisation services provider - has sold certain assets to leading global proffessional services provider PricewaterhouseCoopers, PwC.
The acquisition enables PwC to bolster its market position in addition to adding complementary cloud transformation capabilities and facilitates the next phase of growth for EagleDream Technologies.
DC Advisory advised Optotec S.p.A. (Optotec) on its sale to Sterlite Technologies Limited
Optotec, a leading developer and supplier of optical interconnect products for telecommunications networks across Europe, has been acquired by Sterlite Technologies Limited, a listed India-based group involved in the provision of telecom solutions.
This transaction will enable Optotec to further expand its customer base as well as support its next phases of growth into next-gen services.
DC Advisory acted as financial advisor on the sale of MapleCo (backed by OMERS, OTPP & SSE) to Equitix
MapleCo, a UK based meter asset provider funding the purchase and installation of smart gas and electricity meters has announced its sale to UK Private Equity firm Equitix.
This transaction supports Equitix's movement towards investing in sustainable energy projects in the UK.
