DC Advisory advised TCH S.r.L. on the sale of Cimos Group to Mutares SE & Co. KGaA
TCH S.r.L - an Italian-based automotive component manufacturer - has sold Cimos - a manufacturer of turbocharger, powertrain and electrification components for the automotive industry.
Following this transaction, Cimos will join Mutares’ Automotive & Mobility division, providing a strategic Eastern European platform to the broader group.

Signzy Technologies - one of India’s leading bank-tech partner - successfully raised USD 26M in a Series B funding led by Gaja Capital - an India-focused private equity firm.
Following this transaction, Signzy Technologies will use the funds to accelerate its expansion across the US and EMEA.

MML Capital - an international mid-market private equity firm - completed its investment in Global Packaging Services - a global returnable packing solutions specialist.
