October highlights
DC Advisory advised SEEIT on the refinancing of Värtan Gas
SEEIT - a listed company that invests exclusively in the energy efficiency sector - engaged DC Advisory on the refinancing of Värtan Gas (VGAB) - an independent and regulated gas Distribution System Operator.
The outcome was a flexible financing package with competitive terms designed to facilitate VGAB's business plan.
DC Advisory advised OceanSound Partners on its acquisition of DMI
OceanSound Partners - a growth-oriented private equity firm that invests in technology and technology-enabled services companies - has acquired DMI - a leading provider of digital transformation and managed mobility services to commercial and government customers.
This partnership supports strategic investments in talent, expanded capabilities and geographic reach to drive DMI's digital transformation offerings.
DC Advisory advised Nexteam Group on its merger with Ventana Group
Nexteam Group - a company focused on the design, manufacture and support of mainly metal parts in the aerospace & defense industry - has merged with Ventana Group - a designer and manufacturer of high value-added metal components and assemblies for the aerospace, defense and energy industries.
This transaction is expected to return the combined group to its 2019 pre-crisis level of €315m revenue in 2023-24.
DC Advisory advised NEC Software Solutions UK on its acquisition of Capita Secure Solutions and Services from Capita plc
NEC Software Solutions UK (NEC SWS) - a provider of innovative software and services to law enforcement organisations across the world - has acquired Capita Secure Solutions and Services - a supplier of innovative consulting, digital and software solutions - from the international outsourcing firm, Capita plc.
This investment provided NEC SWS with the financial flexibility to pursue its growth strategy, as well as significantly strengthening NEC's global footprint and presence in the UK market.
