February & March Highlights
DC Advisory advised the founders and minority shareholders of Gada Group on its sale to Palex Medical
The founders and minority shareholders of Gada Group - a leading Italian distributor of medical devices - engaged DC Advisory on its sale to Palex Medical - a leading Spanish distributor of high-end MedTech equipment and solutions for public and private hospitals and laboratories across Spain and Portugal.
The combination of Gada and Palex creates the leading distributor of MedTech equipment in Southern Europe.
DC Advisory advised Infracapital Partners on the platform refinancing of Last Mile Infrastructure Group
Last Mile Infrastructure Group (LMI) is one of the UK's largest independent network owners, owning and operating more than 450k of last mile electricity, gas, and water connections servicing residential and commercial customers.
This transaction provides a flexible financing package with competitive terms, designed to facilitate LMI's business plan and growth.
DC Advisory advised Sharp on its share acquisition of Sakai Display Products
Sharp Corporation - a designer and manufacturer of electronics products - engaged DC Advisory on its share acquisition of Sakai Display Products - a developer and manufacturer of liquid crystal displays (LCD), panels, and televisions.
This transaction will aid Sharp's goal of expanding its global large size TV and professional display business to meet increasing global demand.
DC Advisory advised Edrans on its sale to Netrix
Edrans - an Amazon Web Services (AWS) Premier Partner providing digital transformation solutions - engaged DC Advisory on its sale to Netrix - a leading solutions provider for mid-size and enterprise businesses' mission-critical IT (such as cloud, security, application development, and IT service management).
This transaction substantially up-scales Netrix's cloud solutions portfolio and adds advanced technical capabilities to better serve its growing global customer base.
