January highlights
DC Advisory advised Cory on the acquisition financing of McGrath Group
Cory - one of the UK's leading waste management and recycling companies - engaged DC Advisory on the acquisition financing of McGrath Group - an independent recycling and waste management company.
This acquisition will expand Cory's recycling portfolio, with McGrath's waste transfer station and wharf providing additional capabilities to move waste to the two energy from waste facilities.
DC Advisory advised Infosec on its sale to Cengage Group
Infosec - a leading cybersecurity education provider of comprehensive cyber training solutions - was advised by DC Advisory on its sale to Cengage Group - a global education technology company.
Following this transaction, Cengage Group will expand into the cybersecurity training market and meaningfully increase the size of its rapidly growing Workforce Skills business.
DC Advisory advised Ayesa on its sale of a majority stake to A&M Capital Europe
Headquartered in Seville, Spain, Ayesa - a Spanish leading engineering and technology consulting firm - engaged DC Advisory on its sale of a majority stake to A&M Capital Europe - a London-based mid-market private equity firm.
This transaction will enable Ayesa to accelerate the growth of Ayesa's engineering business.
DC Advisory advised the shareholders of Dragon Rouge on its sale to Ciclad
Dragon Rouge - a leading independent global design agency - was advised by DC Advisory on its sale to Ciclad - a France-based private equity fund specialising in investing in SMEs.
Following this acquisition, Ciclad will provide critical support to accelerate Dragon Rouge's development.
