DC Advisory advised CPA Global on its combination with Clarivate, in a transaction which values CPA at ~$6.8bn
CPA Global, a leading provider of intellectual property management solutions, has announced its transformative combination with Clarivate, in order to create a global leader in innovated and intellectual property services.
This combination will deliver a true end-to-end platform supporting the idea management life-cycle, serving ~30,000 customers across 34 countries.
DC Advisory advised the shareholders of Carbone Savoie on its disposal to Tokai Carbon
Carbone Savoie, a leading manufacturer of synthetic graphite specializing in aluminium smelting and speciality graphite materials, has been acquired by Tokai Carbon, alongside its subsidiary Tokai COBEX, a leading global manufacturer of carbon and graphite products.
This transaction will promote the ambitious development plans of both companies, with Carbone Savoie maintaining its autonomy, production facilities and brand, alongside highlighting its synergies with Tokai COBEX.
DC Advisory acts as exclusive financial advisor to Infracapital on the acquisition of BBV
Breitbandversorgung Deutschland GmbH (BBV), a regional fibre network operator with a network spanning over 30,000 properties, has been acquired by Infracapital, the infrastructure investment arm of M&G focused on long-term investments.
This transaction was completed in a demanding time-frame, amidst the peak of the Covid-19 pandemic. Infracapital aims to support BBV as it continues to grow its existing platform and expands into new areas.
